Delivery of products at Dutch Salvage

Delivery of your products.

After we have received your order and payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will do everything to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible. Delivery of ordered items takes place within an average of 1-3 days. Do you have an urgent order? Please contact us to see if this is possible!

Netherlands (PostNL Parcel Standard)
Many of our products can simply be delivered via PostNL parcel service. Please keep in mind that shipping via regular shipping is always at your own risk. Of course we pack your order as good as possible, but this can not always prevent damage. If products can be sent this will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart.

After we receive your order we will send you a confirmation by email. Once your products are delivered by PostNL you get another email from us containing your Track & Trace data. If you want to know you can log the exact status of your package on www.tracktrace.nl so you can track your package. PostNL after receipt usually deliver within one working day, although there are always exceptions. If you are not present when the package is delivered, the package will be offered the next day again. If you are not at home? Then you can pick up your package at the nearest service PostNL (TNT Location Guide). In a standard package comes with the following services:
• Two delivery attempts
• Your shipment with Track & Trace
• Delivery to the neighbors if recipient is not at home
• three weeks to pick up at the Post Office

Netherlands (PostNL Parcels – Registered parcel shipping)

Some of our products are very fragile and / or expensive. We recommend these products to also to choose “send registered parcel” option. By registered shipping your package is up to € 500, – insured for loss or damage (the amount is calculated based on the purchase value of the invoice). This gives a sense of security and more security when you receive parcels within the Netherlands.

• Recipient signs for receipt
• Always send proof that you can easily track your package using Track & Trace.

Netherlands (pick yourself)

Furniture and other large items that can not be sent with PostNL be collected both in our warehouse in Nijmegen. You can pay cash. Please be aware that this address is only open by appointment.

When shipping products via PostNL we require advance payment of goods and shipping. As long as the product is not fully paid they remain the property of Dutch Salvage.

Upon delivery of products for between 0-10Kg and less than 100 x 50 x 50 cm 6.95 charged to the PostNL parcel. For products between 10-30KG and smaller than 175 x 78 x 58 cm 13.25 will be charged. For heavier or larger products a customized price. Once your package is shipped your Track & Trace code will be provided so you can track your package live.

Dutch Salvage is not responsible for damage caused by transportation by third parties or by private transportation to the customer. If the order for whatever reason are are returned, they are shipping for the account of the buyer.

Returning your products to Dutch Salvage

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This period starts as soon as you receive your order. Returns should always be give through the mail. Please include your name, order number and bank account number. Of course you are not obliged to give a reason for return, though of course we do like to hear what the reason is so that we can avoid this in the future. Customer satisfaction is our clear top priority!

After cancelling you have 14 days to send your product back, this can be done via PostNL Service. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning the products back to our warhouse is for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, will the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the trader.

To exercise this right, please contact us via info@dutchsalavage.com. Once your return has been received in good order you will receive a confirmation from us, then we will, after receipt and acceptance the order amount owed within 14 days after registration deposit of your return.

exceptions Returns

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a. that have been sealed. When the seal is broken are in these products are not returnable.

b. which have been created by the entrepreneur to the consumer’s specifications;

c. that are clearly personal in nature;

d. that can not be returned due to their nature;

g. for individual newspapers and magazines;
